By submitting the contact form on Imagotree\u2019s website or any affiliated platform, you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.<\/p>\n

  1. General Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.1\u00a0Agreement Acceptance\u00a0\u2013 Filling out the contact form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.
    \n1.2\u00a0Service Inquiry\u00a0\u2013 Submitting the form does not guarantee service provision; Imagotree reserves the right to accept or decline requests.
    \n1.3\u00a0Amendments\u00a0\u2013 Imagotree may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.<\/p>\n

    1. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1\u00a0Accurate Information\u00a0\u2013 The Client must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date details in the contact form.
      \n2.2\u00a0Confidentiality\u00a0\u2013 Any sensitive information shared must be marked as confidential; Imagotree will handle it per its Privacy Policy.
      \n2.3\u00a0Legal Compliance\u00a0\u2013 The Client confirms they have the authority to seek services and will not submit misleading or unlawful requests.<\/p>\n

      1. Imagotree\u2019s Obligations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1\u00a0Response Time\u00a0\u2013 Imagotree will respond to inquiries within 7 business days but does not guarantee immediate availability.
        \n3.2\u00a0Proposal & Pricing\u00a0\u2013 Services, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate agreement post-consultation.
        \n3.3\u00a0Service Customization\u00a0\u2013 All offerings are tailored based on Client needs; no pre-defined packages are binding without a signed contract.<\/p>\n

        1. Intellectual Property (IP)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1\u00a0Ownership\u00a0\u2013 Any pre-existing IP shared by the Client remains their property. Imagotree retains rights to its proprietary methodologies.
          \n4.2\u00a0Deliverables\u00a0\u2013 IP for work created by Imagotree transfers to the Client only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

          1. Data Privacy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1\u00a0Collection & Use\u00a0\u2013 Personal data (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for communication and service delivery, per Imagotree\u2019s\u00a0Privacy Policy.
            \n5.2\u00a0Third-Party Sharing\u00a0\u2013 Data will not be sold but may be shared with trusted partners (e.g., payment processors) for service execution.<\/p>\n

            1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6.1\u00a0No Guarantees\u00a0\u2013 Imagotree does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings) from its services.
              \n6.2\u00a0Indemnification\u00a0\u2013 The Client agrees to hold Imagotree harmless against claims arising from misinformation or unauthorized use of services.<\/p>\n

              1. Governing Law & Disputes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1\u00a0Jurisdiction\u00a0\u2013 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
                \n7.2\u00a0Dispute Resolution\u00a0\u2013 Any disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation before legal action.<\/p>\n
