  Terms & Conditions – Imagotree Marcom LLP   By submitting the contact form on Imagotree’s website or any affiliated platform, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

1.1 Agreement Acceptance – Filling out the contact form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms. 1.2 Service Inquiry – Submitting the form does not guarantee service provision; Imagotree reserves the right to accept or decline requests. 1.3 Amendments – Imagotree may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information – The Client must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date details in the contact form. 2.2 Confidentiality – Any sensitive information shared must be marked as confidential; Imagotree will handle it per its Privacy Policy. 2.3 Legal Compliance – The Client confirms they have the authority to seek services and will not submit misleading or unlawful requests.  

3. Imagotree’s Obligations

3.1 Response Time – Imagotree will respond to inquiries within 7 business days but does not guarantee immediate availability. 3.2 Proposal & Pricing – Services, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate agreement post-consultation. 3.3 Service Customization – All offerings are tailored based on Client needs; no pre-defined packages are binding without a signed contract.  

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

4.1 Ownership – Any pre-existing IP shared by the Client remains their property. Imagotree retains rights to its proprietary methodologies. 4.2 Deliverables – IP for work created by Imagotree transfers to the Client only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.  

5. Data Privacy

5.1 Collection & Use – Personal data (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for communication and service delivery, per Imagotree’s Privacy Policy. 5.2 Third-Party Sharing – Data will not be sold but may be shared with trusted partners (e.g., payment processors) for service execution.  

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantees – Imagotree does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings) from its services. 6.2 Indemnification – The Client agrees to hold Imagotree harmless against claims arising from misinformation or unauthorized use of services.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

7.1 Jurisdiction – These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 7.2 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation before legal action.
